What Our Fan Tan Room Actually Offers

Our Fan Tan Online Room is streamed from a professional live studio, run by providers such as Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. A dealer places a pile of small beads under a cup, removes groups of four, and your bet rides on the remainder — 1, 2, 3, or 0 (called 4). You can bet single outcomes, odd or even, or combination

splits. Tables run continuously so you can drop into a round mid-session without waiting for a reset. The interface shows recent draw history, helping you track patterns the way a regular table game player would. Switch between Fan Tan and Dragon Tiger inside the same live lobby without reloading your wallet balance.

HOW WE RUN IT

How h5e88 Keeps Fan Tan Fair

Every Fan Tan Online Room session on h5e88 uses a physical bead draw conducted by a live dealer on camera — there is no RNG simulation hiding behind the video feed. Studio providers publish game integrity documentation, and the bead count is visible throughout the reveal. We surface RTP information only where the provider exposes it in the game metadata, so you never see a figure we've invented.

Physical Bead Draw

The dealer uses real beads and a physical cup. The entire removal process stays on camera so the count from start to finish is visible to everyone at the table.

Studio Provider Audit

Fan Tan tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live operate under those studios' own certification processes. We carry only studios that publish their own integrity documentation.

Transparent RTP Display

We show RTP only where the game provider exposes it in verified metadata. We do not invent percentages or display estimates — check the game info panel for confirmed figures.

Account Round History

Every Fan Tan round you join is logged against your account wallet with a round ID, outcome, and settlement amount — accessible any time from your account dashboard.

ROOM HELP PATHS

Get Help While You Play Fan Tan

If something interrupts your Fan Tan session — a dropped stream, a bet that didn't register, or a question about how a split bet pays — our support team can help you track it through your account history. Reach us via live chat inside the lobby or through the help icon in your account wallet panel.

Stream Disconnected If your Fan Tan stream drops mid-round, the round result is still recorded on the server. Check your account bet history to confirm the outcome before re-entering.
Bet Not Registered Bets placed in the final seconds of a Fan Tan countdown occasionally queue. Your account transaction log shows whether the bet was accepted or returned to your wallet.
Payout Question Fan Tan split bets pay differently from straight bets. If a payout looks off, open a support chat with your round ID and we'll walk through the pay table with you.

Fan Tan Terms Every Player Should Know

New to Fan Tan or just brushing up before you sit down? These are the terms that come up at the table — plain language, no filler.

01
What does 'Fan Tan' mean as a bet type?

Fan Tan is a bead-counting table game. You bet on the remainder after a dealer removes groups of four beads from a pile. The remainder can be 1, 2, 3, or 0 (marked as 4).

02
What is a 'Nim' bet in Fan Tan?

A Nim bet covers two adjacent numbers — for example, 1 and 2. It pays less than a straight bet but wins if either of your two chosen remainders comes up after the bead count.

03
What does 'Kwok' mean at a Fan Tan table?

Kwok is a combination bet on two non-adjacent numbers, such as 1 and 3. It offers a broader safety net than a straight single-number bet, with adjusted pay odds accordingly.

04
What is 'Nga Tan' in Fan Tan betting?

Nga Tan covers three of the four possible outcomes in one bet. It carries the lowest odds per win since it misses only one number, making it a low-volatility option at the table.

05
What does RTP mean for a Fan Tan table? (RTP = Return to Player)

RTP is the theoretical percentage of total bets a game returns over a large number of rounds. For Fan Tan, we display RTP only where the studio provider publishes a verified figure in the game data.

06
What is 'Sheh Sam Hong' in Fan Tan?

Sheh Sam Hong is a split bet covering three numbers with one number designated as a push. If the push number comes up, your stake is returned rather than paid or lost outright.

Fan Tan Online Room — Common Questions Answered

These are the questions we see most from players who are new to our Fan Tan Online Room or switching from other live table games. If your question isn't here, live chat is open from the lobby.

Yes. Our Fan Tan tables run continuously. You can enter during the betting window of any round — you don't need to wait for a fresh session or a specific start time.

The result is physical. A live dealer on camera places real beads under a cup, removes groups of four, and the remainder is counted openly. The draw is not a software simulation.

You can place straight bets on a single number, Nim bets on two adjacent numbers, Kwok bets on two non-adjacent numbers, and Nga Tan bets covering three outcomes. Each has its own payout rate shown in the game interface.

Log into your h5e88 account, go to the live casino section, and filter by table games. Fan Tan tables appear alongside Dragon Tiger and other live rooms. Tap the table to enter the betting interface directly.

Fan Tan is listed under live casino table games alongside other Asian-style live rooms. You can reach it from the main lobby without going through the slots or sportsbook sections — it's a separate category filter.

Check your account wallet transaction log first — unsettled rounds usually clear within a few minutes. If the round ID still shows pending after that, contact live chat with the round ID for a manual check.
